You just prepare a small pond of clay

Then, sow seeds over the water, they will germinate within 3-6 week (Some species may take months to appear the first leaf)
You can mave them to a biger pond when they are grown enough
the pictures bellow is 8-10 week old
You can plant them is a big or small pond depend on your convinience,
the water lily size is depend on your pond size also.
